Rochelle Davis
Owner/Operator
Rochelle is the Owner and Operator of PWR. Rochelle is a mother of three beautiful daughters and a Philadelphia native. Rochelle is involved in community outreach through fundraisers and giving back. She received her bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies at Temple University College of Liberal Arts and is currently enrolled in a Master’s program at the Fox School of Business. Although painting is her greatest passion, Rochelle enjoys writing and has a published book on Amazon titled, Shari’s Crossing by R.D. Archer.
Breanna Davis
Director of Administration
Breanna is the Director of Administration and manages public engagement at PWR. Brea, the eldest of Rochelle’s daughters is an art lover and plays the guitar in her spare time. She earned her bachelor's degree in Education at Temple University and received her Master’s in Education at Holy Family University. She formerly taught kindergarten at a Philadelphia public school but made her transition to industry and now works as a Technical Trainer at Lovesac Headquarters.
Mia Milton
Director of Operations
​Mia is the Director of Operations at PWR and oversees logistics. Mia, 2nd oldest daughter, is a Philadelphia native and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Temple University. Mia is an avid reader, animal lover and enjoys the study of the brain. She currently works as a lab technician under the mentorship of scientists in the field of substance abuse and plans to gain her masters and PhD in Behavioral Psychology.
Paige Milton
Director of Media Communication
Paige is the youngest team member and manages social media platforms. Paige is currently in high school and loves to sing and play the guitar. Paige enjoys video games and streaming her favorite shows. Paige plans to attend Temple University after graduating High School.
